I have recently read “Snowy the Surprise Puppy” written by Jenny Dales. This short chapter book is about a puppy that was found out in the woods by a little boy named, Luke. One day, Luke was calling for his grandfather's dog, Cassie, in the woods. Instead of Cassie coming out of the woods, a puppy full of snow came running out.
